DRAFT POSITION STATEMENT TWO (PS-2.0)
- FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION -

Insofar as the only legitimate, lawful, and moral role of government is the recognition and defense of the inalienable Rights of its citizens – that among these are the Right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness …

THE ISRAEL CAMPAIGN …

1. Upholds Israel’s existence and legitimacy as a lawful and moral state and recognizes Israel as the freest, most rightful, and democratic state in the Middle East.

2. Rejects “Land for Peace” and calls for the nullification of all agreements, local and international, based on such a proposition.

3. Declares that any neighbouring region of Israel which demonstrates coercive intent or actions against Israel (including the harboring of terrorists and including any official declarations calling for the destruction of Israel) may be disarmed and partly or wholly, temporarily or permanently, occupied or annexed by Israel.

4. Calls upon the Government of Israel to proceed with unilateral military action against any and all of its enemies. That such action should be “disproportionate” and decisive i.e. far in excess of the force inititiated by its enemies.

That retaliation should not include consideration of the enemy state’s civilian casualties or deaths if such a consideration in any way hampers the effectiveness of the retaliation. That any casualities or deaths incurred are entirely the responsibility of the state which initiated or harbored or refused to condemn the use of force against Israel.

That the aim of the retaliation should be the complete destruction of the enemy’s coercive capacity – including personnel, equipment, weapons, buildings, infrastructure – and the elimination of the enemy state as a current and future military threat to Israel.

5. Calls upon the Government of Israel to declare its unequivocal moral and just right to take unilateral action against organizations and governments who have initiated or supported the initiation of force against Israel and to declare its obligation to its own citizens to use any and all such force as necessary – including pre-emptive strikes – in defense of the life and property of the citizens of Israel.

6. Rejects and opposes the creation of a Palestinian state – on the basis that the proposed state will be authoritarian in nature, and will therefore be oppressive to prospective Palestinian citizens and thus have no legitimacy.

And that the proposed Palestinian state would pose an explicit physical danger to the life, liberty, and property of the citizens of Israel.

That, as yet, there is no evidence that respect for individual rights, private property, rule of law and other basics principles of legitimate government will in any form prevail in the proposed Palestinian state.

That in fact the overwhelming evidence is that such fundamental rights and principles will be brutally violated within the proposed Palestinian state.

7. Calls for the immediate end of all discussions and the immediate dissolution of all local and international agreements aimed at establishing or cooperating in the establishment of a Palestinian state.

8. That there be no discussions at any time with any individual or organization or state representative which advocates or endorses or has at any time advocated or endorsed violence against Israel or whose leadership or any key members include such advocates.

9. Calls upon the government of the United States of America to support Israel militarily and morally and to recognize Israel as its indispensible ally in its War Against Terrorism and to recognize that the enemies of Israel are also the enemies of the United States of America.

10. Calls upon the United States of America to demand that Israel’s enemies immediately and unilaterally disarm, and surrender all their weapons and weapons facilities. That any refusal, reluctance, or delay in so doing be dealt with by direct military intervention, including seizure and/or destruction of such weapons/facilities. And that the provision of weapons to Israel’s enemies by individuals, groups, or states be henceforth prohibited and prevented.

11. Recommends an extensive review of the structure and methodology of the United Nations. In particular, whether it has in any way (including inadvertantly)contributed to violence against Israel or the United States or to the promotion of international terrorism.
